I noticed this morning that I didn't get a record of scores/points for the following games that I participated in on AirPlay Sunday (9/21):

1. Tampa Bay vs Chicago (although only the top quarter score was recorded but not total game score)
2. Dallas vs Green Bay

I also posted under "Technical Issues" an entry concerning the fact that I also participated in the Kansas/South Florida college football game that was held 9/12, and still don't have a record of my score nor my points. Todd, supposedly you provided a response but I didn't see one.

Please let me know that you are looking into these issues and if these points/scores will be credited based on my participation of those games. Thank you.

As a follow-up to my earlier post, I noticed that the quarter scores were posted for the Tampa Bay vs Chicago game, the Dallas vs Green Bay game and the Kansas/South Florida college football game. I assume that we already received AirPlay points for these since the quarter scores were posted. What was not posted were the "overall" game scores for each of these games. Can this be done so that we can see our overall scores?

The same problem is happening with today's games. For example, for the Michigan St/Indiana college football game, quarter points are posted but not the overall score for each AirPlay participant.

A bug has been found and is currently being fixed. Unfortunately, points that were lost because of this will not be available. We're trying our best to make sure your games and points are reflected accurately. Thanks again for your help and understanding.

Plus another 57 k+ from last month that doesn't look like I'll get. I do understand that sometime problems do come up. However we also hope you understand that we sit here for alot of hours playing these games with nothing to show for it. Like tonight game 3 of the WS. We were here at 8 pm EST and the game didn't finish until 2:00 am thats 6 hours right there. With all these points and close to 30 hours playing with nothing to show for it hope you can understand how people will get upset over this. Hopefully this will be corrected asap. Thank You...

This is out of control now. I have been stuck on 1,087,173 for a week now and I have played 6 games with NOTHING TO SHOW FOR IT!!!!!!!!!! I'm talking close to 30 hours at the computer playing your games and NOTHING TO SHOW FOR IT!!!! And to make matters worse can't get anyone to respond through the forum let alone 2 private messages I've sent...

I am not getting points for games either

We are digging in to figure out why Baseball points are not updating properly. I hope to have information for you soon, stay tuned and optimistic, we have almost always been able to resolve these point issues. Most often it is an issue displaying them, not capturing the data.
